Unlike many of our larger competitors, we operate an in-house
service department and always carry a full inventory of spare
parts and components.
This may seem unimportant, but, in the unlikely event of
your tv or hifi breaking down, you’ll be able to speak
directly to the technician responsible for the repair.
And, whilst we employ the latest technology to resolve any
problems, when you telephone us you’ll be greeted by
a person, not a computer or an automated help line!
Even more important, if a repair should be necessary and
you’re within our service area, we’ll organise
a home visit - and if feasible repair on the spot - or collection
of the faulty system for repair in our workshop. |
